Water Hippowdon

 I just wanted to start off with a pokemon idea I had for a while :3
I had fun with the water effect, it looks really realistic x3 I even surprised myself.
Unfortunately, there's probably people who came up with the idea of a water Hippowdon  
Well no one can truly be original I guess.
Anyways, this was mostly a test drawing to get used to drawing on my new desktop and stuff
so I hope you like it, I had fun with this!
